Galangal (Alpinia Galanga) is a tropical rhizome of the ginger family (Zingiberaceae), known as greater galangal. The part used here is the root. Galangal is a major culinary spice in Southeast Asian cooking, where it flavors Thai curries and tom yum soup and appears in Indonesian dishes under the name laos. It is also called Thai ginger or blue ginger.

About our Galangal Tincture:

We start with quality galangal root and use a classic, conventional alcohol extraction with organic alcohol, vegetable glycerin, and water. It is a whole-root extract - not an isolate - carrying the plant's natural profile. This is Alpinia galanga, the greater galangal.

Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (approximately 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to four times a day, or as directed by your practitioner. See the safety note below. Drink the entire contents.*
